YES - You do have what it takes to be a coach - And you'll enjoy it.
Are you too busy, too tired, not confident in your own coaching ability? Join the club. We all used these excuses before volunteering our services and guess what. We found that coaching gave us more energy, more enthusiasm and more confidence.
We encourage you to volunteer for coaching or as a helper to the main coach or the coach themselves. The more involved, the better it is for our players and coaches. Every little bit of assistance is welcomed from packing the cricket bag to setup of shade on game day, to fielding practice drills at training. Please always keep asking "What can I do to help?"
